Though our journey as husband and wife began a while ago, we’re beyond excited to finally celebrate this special day with all of you! After years of love, laughter, adventures, and a few postponed plans (thanks, COVID), it’s finally happening — our Philippines wedding celebration!

So grab a drink, get ready to dance, and join us as we relive our love story and make new memories together.

How it Started

It all started with a SUPERLIKE… and now, we’re celebrating a love that only grew stronger.

Our love story began in the small but mighty country of Qatar back in 2015, when we were both working as expats.

And yes — it truly did all start with a SUPERLIKE! 💙

Martin was on holiday in Oman when we first matched, but once we started chatting, we couldn’t stop. You know that stage where every message makes you smile like crazy? That was us.

As soon as he returned, we finally decided to meet in person.

For our first date, we watched 007: Spectre — but honestly, the movie didn’t stand a chance. The real highlight was the date itself.

A few weeks later, Martin invited me over, determined to impress me with his cooking skills. And he absolutely did! He whipped up French cuisine like a pro — proof that French guys really can cook. 👨‍🍳🇫🇷

That night was filled with laughter, teasing, and butterflies… and the rest, as they say, is history. ❤️

Fast forward to January 1, 2019 — the day Martin proposed.

We flew to Amsterdam for New Year’s Eve, and I had no idea he was planning something so romantic. In true Martin fashion, he acted completely normal — no hints at all. He just said, “Let’s get some champagne and small bites, then watch the fireworks at the Skinny Bridge.”

So there we were, surrounded by crowds, fireworks exploding across the sky, everyone cheering. It felt magical.

And on our walk back to the hotel, out of nowhere, Martin stopped, got down on one knee, and asked the most kilig question ever.

I went wild — shocked, teary, laughing, and screaming “YES!” all at the same time.

And Now

After six years of waiting — and a few pandemic postponements — we’re finally married and blessed with the cutest baby boy, Félix. Now, it’s time to celebrate this love story where it matters most… back home in the Philippines.

We can’t wait to share this special chapter with our family and friends — the people who’ve been part of our journey from the very beginning. ❤️
